The „Offensive Mittelstand“ (OM) is an initiative that promotes successful employee-oriented business management by creating modern standards and practical tools. It also offers various regional support structures developed in particular for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Currently the OM comprises approximately 300 partners, including the federal government, federal states, business associations, trade associations, guilds, craft chambers, trade unions, professional business organizations, health insurance companies, research institutes and service providers.

The partners of the „Offensive Mittelstand” participate in the initiative voluntarily in order to jointly support SMEs.
